BE ON TIME\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Student should be in the classroom at least 2 minutes before the class start time with all materials needed for the lesson.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Teacher will begin the class right at the start time and send a Notification Message<\/strong>. If the student is not present, then the teacher will wait for the class’s halftime before sending the\u00a0 Reminder Message<\/strong>. If the student does not enter the classroom, then it is noted as an unexcused absence<\/strong> for the student and this class will not be re-scheduled.<\/strong><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If class begins late as a result of the student, the class will resume until the end of the scheduled class time.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0If class begins late as a result of the teacher, the teacher must give the student his full time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If the teacher is not in the classroom, Please chat with us instantly using your What’s app Group Or (your zoom channel).\u00a0<\/p>\n

ABSENCES<\/b><\/p>\n

If the student needs to miss and reschedule a class due to the reasons below, a 2-hour notice to his\/her What’s app Group Or ( Zoom channel) is required with 2 available times for the make-up class and the teacher will choose the suitable time for him\/her<\/strong>. We will re-schedule based on the below-listed category of absence.<\/p>\n

EXCUSED ABSENCES<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Includes Illness, Death in Family, Appointment, Work\/School Conflict, National Holiday, and Technical Issues (Internet, Zoom, Computer issues).<\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Maximum 2 classes per month are allowed to be excused absence for each student.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0More than 2 classes per month, it will be up to the teacher to decide the state of the class.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0There are NO refunds for any type of absence.<\/p>\n

UNEXCUSED ABSENCES<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 No rescheduling or refunds are allowed for any type of absence that is not listed in the “Excused Absence” policy.<\/p>\n

TEACHER ABSENCES<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If a class is canceled due to a teacher’s absence for any reason, a make-up lesson will be scheduled for no additional fee<\/strong>. There are no refunds for missed classes.<\/p>\n

CLASSROOM AND TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIP POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Students and Teachers must maintain a professional relationship at all times, limiting conversation to only class materials. Students must not share any personal information with the teacher at any time.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Teachers are strictly prohibited to ask students for personal information, favors, or monetary gifts\/loans. Should a teacher ask the student for anything, including money, the student must decline and report to his\/her what’s app Group immediately!.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0For security measures, students and teachers are not to conduct classes outside of Quran Square Institute for any reason.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any complaints of teachers abusing their teacher-student relationship, in any way, must be reported immediately to Student’s what’s app Group.<\/p>\n

STUDENT SUPPORT TEAM<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If you have any questions or need advice about course plans, levels, or customizing your course, you can contact us using your What’s app Group at any time.<\/p>\n

TUITION POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tuition is billed once every 4 weeks at the beginning of the billing period. There are 3 types of payment methods (Monthly, 3 Months, And 6 Months ) are existing for student convenience.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Month over the month will be manually maintained by the student\/parents.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Upon receiving the payment for the Month over a month our system will automatically schedule your classes for a month.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0There are NO refunds for missed classes, excused or unexcused. Make-up classes are offered as per the terms above.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If a student stops classes and has auto-payments in their billing account turned on, please make sure you stop the auto-payments in your PayPal account.<\/p>\n

CONCERNING YOUR CLASSES IN RAMADAN AT QURAN SQUARE INSTITUTE<\/strong><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It is highly preferable for you to continue your Quran and Arabic classes during Ramadan…<\/span><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If you stop your classes in Ramadan, during the feast vacation, and on your summer holidays, you may forget what you have already studied, lose your schedule, and most probably lose your tutor.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0There will be some changes in the schedules that overlap with your teachers’ timings of breaking their Fasting, Suhoor,<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Taraweeh<\/span>\u00a0prayers.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Don’t worry; we will avoid conducting your classes during your timings of breaking your fasting and\u00a0Taraweeh<\/span>\u00a0prayers. Moreover, you can ask your tutor to minimize your homework in Ramadan.<\/p>\n

HOLIDAYS FOR 2022<\/b><\/p>\n

Quran Square strives to keep the institute open year-round, with the exception of two significant holidays that are observed by all teachers, staff, and the majority of our students. The two holidays are Eid Ul-Fitr<\/span>\u00a0and Eid Ul-Adha<\/span><\/strong>, and the institute will be closed for three days<\/strong> for both Eid’s respectively. Due to the number of enrolled students, and similar to other tuition-based schools, tuition will not be credited or refunded for these two holidays but they can have make-up classes.<\/p>\n

OTHER HOLYDAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Quran Square teachers will continue classes through any other Western and non-Islamic holiday. If the student needs any other holiday days off from classes, the student should notify us at least 12 hours in advance<\/strong> to reschedule up to 2 lessons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The privacy of each and every student is important to us. The administration will not share or sell any information about any student to any third parties.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The student policy is written with students’ privacy and safety in mind. Therefore, it is important for students to comply with this policy.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Students are responsible for updating the support team with any changes to their profile. This includes e-mail address, billing address, phone number, Skype ID, etc.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Students are to not share any personal information or accounts (such as email, Skype, Facebook, etc.) with teachers or staff members unless communicating through their What’s app Group.<\/p>\n

GIVING GIFTS TO TEACHERS<\/b><\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 Quran Square understands that students would like to give gifts to their teachers for various occasions. Unfortunately, sending gifts overseas to Egypt can prove to be an expensive and untrustworthy process. Please read the policy below regarding gifts.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Quran Square can ONLY accept monetary gifts from students to their teachers. Monetary gifts can be accepted with no monetary limit in the form of a personal check or money order. As soon as the monetary gift is Received by Quran Square, a financial officer will forward the gift to the specified teacher.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0PLEASE specify the teacher’s name to which the gift is for.<\/p>\n

COMPLAINTS POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n
